Meet Claudia

Founder | Vinyasa + Yoga Nidra + Prenatal Yoga Teacher + Meditation Facilitator + Breathwork Facilitator

Over 14 years ago, Claudia embarked on her journey of practicing yoga, initially driven by the desire to create beautiful shapes through the physical asana. However, within the first year, her perspective of what yoga was shifted from a physical viewpoint to a practice that truly embodied the mind, body and soul connection. This transition firmly sowed the seed of yoga within her. As time passed, she observed the positive transformations occurring within her physical, mental and spiritual well-being all due to her consistent yoga practice. This metamorphosis inspired her to delve deeper into various complimentary modalities such as Meditation and Breathwork, to help enhance her understanding and deepen her personal development.

Her teachings are centred around providing a nurturing, non-judgemental space that encourages her students to dive deeper into their practice and their inner selves. As a teacher, her approach strives to ignite transformative experiences that foster genuine connection and self exploration while still having fun and enjoying the experience. Claudia skillfully weaves in her intuition and wisdom into her classes, adding an extra layer of depth that is designed to nurture the soul in our increasingly modern, fast pace world. She feels coming onto our mat allows us the freedom to connect with others and our higher Self.

“For me, yoga is not a practice, it’s a lifestyle. My favourite part of yoga is not the asana but the BREATH. Breathing truly is the most important thing that we do, it translates into how we feel energetically, emotionally and mentally. Through the breath we have a way to change our energy at will.”
