  • Absolutely not! Our studio is beginner friendly and we welcome all levels to come and join us, regardless of experience, strength, fitness level or flexibility. Yoga is for everyBODY

  • A water bottle, a yoga mat (don’t worry if you don’t have your own yet, we have beautiful studio mats you can borrow) and a positive attitude! There is very little you need to bring when you come to class as we have all the props and tools you will need throughout your practice.

  • Nope! We know that your schedule is constantly changing and we completely respect that. You can drop in to any class you wish, as many times a day/week you’d like once you are registered as a member. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to practice, and that starts by having an open schedule and stress-free to allow you complete flexibility.

  • Yes! You can book your first initial class for absolutely free to visit the studio and meet us in person! After that class if you decide you want to join for a trial, your first month is only $49.95+hst for an unlimited yoga pass.

  • If it is your first class we will have you fill out some paperwork so that we can learn more about you, your goals and any important information we should be aware of. We will then show you where everything is and how we do things in our studio.

    You will then be invited to borrow any equipment that you need/want (yoga mat, bolster, blanket…) and to find a spot in the room to lie down and relax. As you rest back you may begin to enjoy the simple pleasure of taking time for yourself and the process of settling into the room and into your body.
